Waiting for a Childhood - October 2018
Back in October 2018 this film was made to platform the voices of the children whose childhoods have been affected by homelessness and housing stress.
In 2018, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive was forced to admit there were 20,950 children on its housing waiting lists at that time - 11,372 of them registered as homelessness.
What follows is the story of some of these children, their battle to be heard, and their determination to ensure no more young people have to spend their childhoods on the housing waiting list.
