More than a year after Covid-19 started many young people remain Locked Down and Cut Off in government funded care facilities and homeless hostels.

This report, compiled by young people working together across Belfast and launched by the Minister for Communities, Deirdre Hargey, reveals the scale and impact of lack of internet provision and provides recommendations to ‘flick the switch’ to provide Internet access.
